For one of our internationally active customers, we were allowed to implement a system / machine from the idea to the market launch. The idea was to evaluate the problems of the end users and to eliminate them by means of a new system / machine.

• Search for standards according to MRL 2006/42/EC and classification into standards class A, B, or C
• Standards cross-check and confirmation by an accredited CE certification body
• Development and construction (rough concept, detailed concept)
• FEM analysis and calculations
• Prototype assembly incl. welding on site
• Patent examination and market examination
• Industrialisation for smooth series production
• Technical documentation
• Perform tests
• Acceptance / Commissioning
• CE certification
• International placing on the market by the customer

Within a very short time, we were able to successfully implement the entire project using state-of-the-art tools and our wide-ranging supplier network.
