O-ring assembly machine

Our O-ring assembly machine takes the O-rings from a storage container and brings the O-rings into the correct position for assembly via a feed unit. It precisely positions the O-rings at the required location on the assemblies. This requires a high degree of accuracy to ensure that the O-rings are properly sealed.

Foaming machine

Our foaming machine enables precise feeding of foam raw materials such as polyurethane or latex. It thoroughly mixes the raw materials and creates foam by adding the blowing agent to the mixture. This results in the formation of foam that is moulded into the specified shape.
